Gravity Software offers subscription-based pricing for growing organizations that need flexible, multi-entity accounting software. Pricing starts at $375 per month for the first Starter user, with additional options for organizations that already license Microsoft Power Apps and qualified nonprofit organizations.

Your total Gravity Software investment depends on the number of users, number of entities, advanced functionality and integrations your organization requires.

Implementation is priced separately based on your organization's requirements.

    Gravity Software subscription pricing plans

    Gravity Software offers flexible subscription options based on your organization’s Microsoft Power Apps licensing and nonprofit eligibility. Choose from Starter pricing for organizations that need the required Microsoft licensing, Existing Power Apps pricing for organizations that already have the required licenses, or special pricing for qualified nonprofit organizations.

    All Gravity Software plans are based on an annual subscription, with pricing that can scale based on the number and type of users, entities and additional functionality your organization needs.

    Starter pricing plan for Gravity Software

    Starter User

    Designed for organizations that do not currently have the required Microsoft Power Apps licensing. Starter pricing includes Gravity Software and the required Microsoft licensing.

    Existing Power Apps user pricing plan for Gravity Software

    Existing Power Apps User

    Designed for organizations that already have the required Microsoft Power Apps licensing. This option covers the Gravity Software license without adding the Microsoft Power Apps license included with Starter pricing.

    Nonprofit pricing plan for Gravity Software

    Nonprofit User

    Special pricing is available for qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Eligible nonprofits obtain the required Microsoft Power Apps licensing directly from Microsoft. At least 50% of the organization's total revenue across all entities must come from nonprofit entities.

    Gravity Software plans are based on an annual subscription, with pricing determined by the number and type of users your organization needs. Additional multi-entity capacity and advanced functionality can be added based on your accounting requirements.

    Advanced functionality for Gravity Software

    Extend Gravity Software with advanced functionality designed to support more complex accounting and financial management requirements. Organizations can add capabilities such as AP Automation, Direct ACH payments, Fixed Assets, Payment Portal, Remote Check Printing, Requisition Management, Revenue Recognition and Subscription Billing based on their needs.

    Advanced functionality is priced separately from the core Gravity Software subscription, allowing organizations to select the capabilities they need today and add functionality as their requirements evolve.

    For organizations with additional integration needs, Gravity Software also provides an open API that can support connections with other business applications and data sources. Integration requirements and pricing vary by solution, and some connections may require additional implementation or third-party vendor fees.
